Panama flag construction
How to Draw the Panama Flag: 2:3 Ratio, Quarters & Star Size
Build Panama’s national flag using the official 2:3 proportion, four equal quarters and two five-pointed stars.

National Flag of PanamaOfficial ratio 2:3
1. Start with a 2:3 rectangle
Use any canvas where the height-to-length ratio is 2:3, such as 600 × 900 pixels.
2. Divide it into four equal quarters
Draw one vertical and one horizontal center line. This creates four equal rectangles.
3. Apply the colors
Upper hoist: white. Upper fly: red. Lower hoist: blue. Lower fly: white.
4. Add the stars
Place a blue five-pointed star in the upper-hoist white quarter and a red five-pointed star in the lower-fly white quarter. Official guidance gives each star a diameter equal to one-quarter of the flag height.
