1
Start with a 1:2 rectangle
The flag is twice as long as it is high. A convenient digital canvas is 500 × 1000 pixels or any equivalent 1:2 proportion.
2
Divide the field into five equal stripes
Split the height into five equal horizontal bands. From top to bottom the sequence is blue, white, blue, white, blue.
3
Add the red equilateral triangle
Draw an equilateral red triangle along the hoist edge, with its point extending toward the center of the flag.
4
Place the white five-pointed star
Center a white five-pointed star inside the triangle, with one point upward. The star is inscribed in an imaginary circle whose diameter is one-third of the flag’s height.
Example: on a 500-pixel-high flag, the star’s construction circle has a diameter of about 166.7 pixels.
